Reporting Requirements

Mississippi law requires political committees to report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in the aggregate during a calendar year. By making a contribution, you agree that your information may be disclosed in public campaign finance reports as required by law.

Contribution Limits

County, Circuit, Chancery & Justice Court: Individuals and political committees are prohibited from contributing more than $2,500 per election cycle, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of aiding a judicial candidate or said judicial candidate’s political committee(s). Corporations, incorporated companies, and incorporated associations are prohibited from contributing more than $1,000 per calendar year, directly or indirectly, to a political party, candidate for office, or a political committee of a candidate for office.

This campaign is conducted in accordance with the Mississippi Code of Judicial Conduct. Contributions to this campaign do not create any obligation on the part of the candidate and will not affect the fair and impartial performance of judicial duties.
